We started Carine because the standard recruiting playbook doesn't translate well to field-heavy, project-driven work. You can't keyword your way to a great superintendent, and a CV alone won't tell you whether a candidate has actually closed out commissioning on a 50MW site. So we built a process that respects the work, the schedule, and the people doing it.
